Join me for an inspiring 5 night yoga retreat in the stunning UNESCO registered Cabo de Gata National Park, Almeria, Spain. Set in an ancient 500 year old watermill, you’ll practise yoga on the empowering mill circle with expansive views down the valley to the Mediterranean. After morning yoga take a wild swim in the Balsa, fed all year round with pure clean water from an ancient underground natural spring. Spend your day resting and relaxing in the Moorish inspired rooms, lounging by the pool, chilling out in a hammock or exploring the beautiful surroundings. It’s the perfect place to unplug, unwind, connect with nature and reconnect with yourself. IN A NUTSHELL:
- practice yoga twice daily - morning rise and shine flow, restorative evening sessions - on the ancient millstone circle with amazing views or the shady yoga shala (all props provided)
- swim in the natural Balsa, lounge by the pool or explore the natural beauty surrounding the mill - enjoy wholesome, nutritious, freshly prepared vegetarian food which is organic and local where possible (and includes olive oil and carob powder from the mill’s own trees) - a substantial brunch, afternoon snack and dinner
- stay in simple, individually designed, tastefully decorated accommodation
- treat yourself to a massage or other holistic therapy

Prices from £995. Tribe members benefit from a discounted rate (you must be a Tribe member at the time of booking and remain a member until the time of the retreat, click here to join).
Choose from a selection of accommodation options. The retreat price is based on the choice of room and is per person sharing a double/triple room. Should you require a single occupancy room, both beds will need to be purchased. If you’re not coming with a friend/partner don’t worry - I’ll match you with someone lovely!
FLIGHTS
Easyjet fly to Almeria from Gatwick it’s currently around £230 return. Transfers are included to and from Almeria Airport for those travelling on the same flight as me. Once all places are filled I’ll let you know flight details - please don’t search now as it drives the price up!
THE STUDIO
This self-contained space has been tastefully remodelled in the former milling room. One of the original millstones has been delightfully used as a the base for the wet room and a second creates a partition in the wall. The walk in cave-like wardrobe is part of the mountain and is another fun feature. There is a double bed and a single cabin bed with cleverly designed stone steps leading up to it, adding even more character to the studio.With your own facilities, private entrance and outside seating area, this is a favoured little place to stay.

LA CASETTA
This cute mini house is full of charm and is ‘A Room with a View’ looking out to the mountains and overlooking the garden and pool. It has its own en suite bathroom with a walk in shower with a floor made from the flat stones from the river bed. A smaller space, more rustically designed with twin beds and a decking area outside where you can sit and have a drink. There is a little marble sink outside and an open air shower that can also be used; quite a special experience on hot nights or full moons.

THE MOROCCAN ROOM
A double bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. It is perfect for couples or a spacious single occupancy. This space has an elegant, homely feel, with beautiful wooden details, Moorish inspired interior, Spanish tiled floor and a traditional styled cane and beam ceiling. With a view out to the garden and beyond to the mountains, this room makes for a comfortable and delightful stay.

THE MOSAIC ROOM
This adorable twin room, originally the former animal stable, has been recreated into a cosy carefully thought out room with a beautifully intricate mosaic floor, upcycled woodwork and a simple Moroccan hand basin.

THE BLUE ROOM
This versatile triple room is great for friends sharing. The room features a cobalt blue tiled floor, a decorative stained glass window and a colonial style ceiling fan. The French doors open out onto a vibrant Moroccan back terrace.

ACCOMMODATION
A deposit of £350 secures your place. A second payment of £350 is payable on 1st July; the final balance is payable on 1st September. Please note that deposits are non-refundable unless I can fill your place.
