mindful flow
Mondays 7-8pm
Slow, steady and grounding, Mindful Flow classes weave breath, movement and mindfulness together in fluid sequences. We create a calm, focused awareness and learn to practise proactively rather than reactively. Explore making physical and mental space to grow, expand and develop, while accepting ourselves as we are with compassion.
Lots of instruction and attention to alignment. Suitable for all, including beginners.
Each class includes asana (postures), mindfulness, pranayama (breathwork) and replenishing relaxation.
dynamic flow
Wednesdays 9.30-10.30am
Dynamic classes are inspiring, challenging and playful - building your mobility, flexibility, strength and balance. A gentle warm-up leads to flowing, progressively more demanding sequences. Easier options are offered so you can adapt according to your ability. Classes may include include inversions and arm balances.
Suitable for those with 6+ months yoga experience. If you’re a beginner, start with Mindful Flow to build knowledge and strength.

restorative flow
Wednesdays 7-8pm
Restorative yoga combines deeply relaxing, totally nurturing floor based poses where your body is supported by bolsters, blocks and blankets. It’s the practice of conscious relaxation, releasing tension from body and mind at a deep cellular level and resetting your speedometer from 100mph to zero. Add in mellow breath work, positive visualisation, uplifting readings and yoga nidra (deep guided relaxation) for the perfect antidote to stress, fatigue and anxiety.
